E-Ticket Exchange Location and Time
We strongly recommend exchanging your e-ticket before Event Day to avoid queues and a 200-meter walk from the ticket exchange point to the main
gate (Bende). Ticket exchange is available as follows:

HOW TO EXCHANGE E-TICKET
We strongly recommend exchanging your e-ticket, and collecting your lanyard in advance to avoid queues on the day of the event.
Please ensure you bring:
- Your E-Ticket
- A valid National Identification Card/Driver's License/Passport/Student Card (name on ID must be the same as the one written on your e-voucher ticket).
- A lanyard or wristband (dependent on your ticket type) will be given to you on presentation and validation of your e-ticket.
If the exchange is delegated:
- Bring E-Ticket
- Bring a Letter of Attorney signed on an IDR 10.000 stamp by the person that you are collecting on behalf of.
- Bring a copy of the National Identification Card whose name is written on the E-Ticket.
