The excitement kicks off long before the main race begins! Arrive early and dive into an all-day festival of entertainment, delicious food, and electrifying performances at the Fan Village. This year’s lineup features some of Indonesia’s top talents, which are Dewa19, Maliq & D’Essentials, Dipha Barus, Patricia Schuldtz, Tipe-X, JKT48, Novia Bachmid, Pemuda Pemandu Lagu, DJ Una, and Andre Taulany & Friends.
All of this leads up to the highlight of the day — the Formula E Race, where 22 world-class drivers from 11 teams will battle the heat and each other on the streets of Jakarta. Make sure to arrive before 13.00 to enjoy the full experience and get the best spot for the race!

How to Enter the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit (JIEC)

VVIP Royal Suite
THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING AT THE 2025 JAKARTA E-PRIX INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT AREA. PLEASE PARK AT JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM (JIS)
AND TAKE ONE OF THE DEDICATED, FREE SHUTTLE BUSES, WHICH WILL DROP YOU OFF AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE VENUE.
Arriving by private vehicle (with driver)
- Drop-off at Gate 3 - Carnaval. Please ensure that your drop-off sticker is clearly displayed in the windshield of your vehicle. (view map).
- Show your physical ticket (lanyard) on arrival at the security check point
- If you choose to exchange your ticket on the day of the event, you will be able to do so at the ticket exchange booth at Gate 3 - Carnaval. Please ensure you bring your e-ticket and show this to security staff on arrival.
- Once you have collected your physical ticket (lanyard), please use this to proceed to the security check.
- Once you get through the security, a dedicated golf buggy cart will take you to the Royal Suite (alternatively, you may walk, if you so wish).
Arriving in a private vehicle (self-drive)
- Please park at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) using the West Gate for the access. (view map).
- Once parked, please take one of the dedicated shuttle buses from Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) SOUTH Area to Gate 3 - Carnaval: ‘JIS to Carnaval’ Shuttle Bus.
- If you have chosen to exchange your ticket on the day, you will be able to do so at the Ticket Exchange Booth at Gate 3 - Carnaval, once you have been dropped off by the shuttle bus. Please ensure you bring your e-ticket and ID/Passport with you.
- Once you have collected your physical ticket (lanyard), please use this to proceed to the security check.
- Once you get through the security, a dedicated golf buggy cart will take you to the Royal Suite (alternatively, you may walk, if you so wish).

Please follow the instructions below for parking, shuttle service, and ticket exchange
- There is limited parking available at the event, and public transport is strongly recommended.
- Private vehicles should park at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), and should use the WEST gate for access. (view map).
- Once parked, please take one of the dedicated shuttle buses from Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) SOUTH Area to Gate 2 - Bende: ‘JIS to Bende’ shuttle bus
- It is highly recommended you redeem your ticket in advance, at the Sarinah - 5th Floor, Cakrawala 4 Room (view map).
- If you have not redeemed your ticket before event day, please note that the shuttle bus will stop at the Ticket Exchange Booth - near Kafe Hoax. You will then need to walk approximately 200m to the main entrance (Gate 2 - Bende). Please also ensure you bring your e-ticket and ID/passport.
- We highly recommend that you redeem your ticket before the event day to avoid long queues and unnecessary travel during the event.
- If you have already redeemed your ticket in advance, simply bring your physical ticket or lanyard – this is your access to the venue, and entry will not be permitted without it.
- You do not need to stop at the Ticket Exchange Booth, and the shuttle bus will take you directly to the main entrance (Gate 2 - Bende), allowing you to enter faster and more conveniently.

Grandstand & Festival
Parking at the event is very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend using public
transportation or online ride-hailing services.
If you are arriving by private vehicle, you have three parking options:
ITF Sunter Car Park opposite Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) (outside Ancol)
- A free round-trip shuttle bus is available from ITF Sunter (view map) to the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit, via the Ticket Exchange Booth.
Dedicated 2025 Jakarta E-Prix Car Parks within Ancol
- Available at: Ancol Ecovention (view map), Pasar Seni (view map), and Dufan Lama (view map).
- A free shuttle bus is available from these car parks to the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit, via the Ticket Exchange Booth.
- 2025 Jakarta E-Prix tickets include Ancol Entry Ticket but you will need to purchase a ticket for your vehicle.
Regular Ancol Car Parks
- Standard Ancol parking areas are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- 2025 Jakarta E-Prix tickets include Ancol Entry Ticket but you will need to purchase a ticket for your vehicle.
If you are arriving by online ride-hailing (e.g., Bluebird, Gojek, Grab), you can be dropped off at one of the following points:
- Symphony of the Sea — continue your journey to the venue using the shuttle bus (view map)
- Gate 2 – Bende — walk directly to the entrance (view map)
If you are arriving by public transportation, please make sure to choose the correct route. You can refer to the information below:
- Public Transport by Train: Take the commuter line (KRL) heading to Ancol Station — the nearest train station to the venue. After arrival, continue your journey using online ride-hailing services (e.g., Gojek, Grab).
- Public transport by Bus: You can take TransJakarta buses on the 5, 5E and 5H corridors that go directly to Ancol

Important Reminders:
- Wear your lanyard ticket or show your e-ticket when boarding the shuttle and when entering the Jakarta International E-Prix Circuit.
- Ticket exchange on Event Day is only available inside Ancol, near Kafe Hoax, and only until 14:00.
